Dorsiflexion/Plantarflexion: Lie on your back with your feet on a bench or raised surface (this could include pillows). Push your toes away from your knees, hold for a moment. Then pull them back towards your knees and hold for a moment.

Complete this exercise 5 times per day. Once you have completed the exercises, tick the box on the day you completed them.

Ankle Alphabet: In a seated or lying position, spell the alphabet with your foot and ankle. Be sure to draw the letters as big as you can.
